This will add explosiveness to your exercise routine with a focus on the fitness of your back. NOTE Leg hold down bar only fits the Pro Series Power Cage that have T shape brackets. The leg hold down bar is too short to fit on upright poles with U shape brackets.
• Usage - Use only on the Pro Series Power Cage. Strength & conditioning, weightlifting, and strength training. Total body strength with sport specific training - Bodybuilding, Crossfit, and Martial Arts to name a few.
• Materials - All steel frame with rubber coated steel cables.
• What’s Inside - (1) Lat Pulldown with (1) Lat Handlebar, (1) Low Row Bar, and (2) Weight Plate Loading Sleeves. Includes hardware. No instructions are included in the package.
