Smoked Meatball Subs on the Pellet Grill! - Full BBQ Tutorial and Recipe!

Welcome to the Mothership! Today were smoking up meatball subs on the pellet smoker! This is my favorite meatball recipe and these subs are absolutely amazing. I am smoking this on a pellet grill, but the process should be the same for all smokers!

Meatball Ingredients:
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Plain Bred Crumbs
1lb Ground Brisket (appx 70/30 to 80/20)
1/3 Cup Milk
3/4 Tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tsp Basil
1/4 Tsp Paprika
1 Garlic Clove (minced)
1/2 Shallot (minced)

Pellets Used:
Lumberjack Hickory
