Hawaiian macaroni salad is the perfect side dish to any BBQ or plate lunch. Tangy elbow macaroni tossed in a mayonnaise sauce and served chilled. A great side dish that is sure to be loved.

Hawaiian Macaroni Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 # elbow macaroni
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
11/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 carrot, grated
1/2 onion, grated

Directions:
Heat a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add 1 Tbsp Hawaiian salt to the water. You'll want to overcook the noodles
Drain the noodles and rinse with water. Toss the warm noodles with apple cider vinegar and set aside.
In a large bowl add mayonnaise, milk, sugar. Whisk to combine.
Then add the mayonnaise mixture to the macaroni noodles and stir to combine.
Add in carrots and onion and stir until well combined.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for a hour or overnight until cooled.
Garnish with green onions
Serve Cold and ENJOY!
