Registration begins Monday for USF's continuing education program for older adults

Children and teenagers aren't the only Tampa Bay residents for whom September means back to school. The meaning is the same for nearly 1,600 residents age 50 and older taking part in more than 100 classes and events this fall at the University of South Florida's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute.
