Motorcyclist killed after hit and run crash

One man is dead after a hit-and-run crash in south Bakersfield Saturday night. It happened around 9:30 p.m. at South Union Avenue and Adams Street. The California Highway Patrol says a 40-year-old woman driving a van was traveling southbound on South Union Avenue and made a left turn at Adams Street directly in front of a motorcycle traveling northbound on South Union.
