Amber felt she was “bullied” into getting a flu shot while pregnant, told by her nurse that she would lose her baby if she caught influenza. When Amber found out she had miscarried her twins, it was a complete shock: “I carried around two dead babies, essentially, for 5 weeks.” After this experience and having a desire to get pregnant again, Amber began to research vaccines.
