Ap ghr me bhety dhaba style aloo matar qeemy se lutf andooz ho skty ha..

INGREDIENTS:

Bakry ka qeema (adha killo)
Payaz (3 medium)
Tamatar (3 medium)
Matar (1 bowl)
Aloo (1 bowl)
Hari mirch (4 adad)
Dhai (1/2 cup)
Namak (1 tbsp)
Lal mirch (1 tbsp)
Haldi (1 tsp)
Garam masala (1 tsp)
Kalvonji (1 tsp)
Zeera (1 tbsp)
Lehsan adrak paste (1 tbsp)
Sabut garam masala

GARNISH:

hari mirch
Adrak
Dhaniya

HOW TO COOK:-

Sb se phely ik pateli me pani boil kr ky is me qeema shamil kr dein.. ta k qeema achi tarah se saf ho jaye. Ab ik karahi me oil dalein or is me sabut garam masala or payaz shamil kr dein jb payaz golden brown ho jaye to is me hari mirch, lehsan adrak paste or qeema chaan kr shamil kr dein. Qeemy ko achi tarah se bhoon lein ab is me tamatar or spices add kr dein. Jb masala achi tarah se fry ho jaye to ab is me matar shamil kr dein or thora sa pani dal ky achi tarah se bhoon lein. Jb oil uper a jaye to ab is me aloo shamil kr ky bhon lein or phr is ky bd pani shamil kr ky low flame per rakh dein jb tak aloo pak nahi jaty .. oil jb uper a jaye or aloo matar gal jaye to ab is per garnishing kr ky serve kr dein.
