Farewell To A Dear Friend & Legendary Freedom Fighter Ron Green, 102.
It is with a heavy but love and gratitude filled heart that I am sharing the news of the passing of a dear friend and absolute champion within the Freedom Movement, Ron Green. This extraordinary gentleman was a World War II veteran and retired teacher but was first known to myself (and so many of us) as an inspiring and heroic presence at almost every single London freedom march and rally of the last few years. We were also blessed at the St. Albans Stand (the first official Stand to kick off ASITP in the UK) to have Ron and his wonderful daughter Heather Green standing alongside us as ASITP supporters.
