Dr.Lee Merritt on Optogenetics, How it can be used against us

Yet another research rabbit trail I need to go down now. I only researched it enough so far to verify that it's a very real thing fairly easy to find information about (so logically it must be already pretty common). She talks about how she thinks it might have been used at the infamous Travis Scott concert to stop hearts and how it might be used on Oct.4th and/or Oct 11 during that test.
Maybe advice worth listening to.
