Tech has become the standard. By 2020, $1.7 trillion will be spent globally on devices and services. Public schools spend more than $3 billion per year on digital content. More state standardized tests for the elementary and middle grades are being administered via technology than by paper and pencil. The goal is helping students become better prepared for modern workplaces.
