Chatpatta Cheese Cutlets

Ingredients for Gram Flour Mixture:
Gram flour 2 cups
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water as required

Ingredients for Potato Mixture:
Potatoes (boiled) 3 cups
Chicken (boiled & shredded) 200 g
Nurpur Mozzarella Cheese (shredded) 2 cups
Peas (boiled) 1 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Directions for Gram Flour Mixture Preparation:
1. In a bowl add gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, water and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Potato Mixture Preparation:
2. In a bowl add potatoes and mash them well.
3. Add boiled chicken, Nurpur Mozzarella Cheese, peas, green chilies, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, chaat masala, salt, red chili powder, garlic powder, lemon juice and mix it well.
4. Now take the mixture in the palm of your hand and make a cutlet shape.
5. Dip this cutlet into the gam flour mixture. Coat it in bread crumbs. Deep fry the cutlet until crispy and golden brown. Do this with all the cutlets and serve.
6. Your Chatpatta Cheese Cutlets are ready.
