🔹Indian chicken
🔹Desi ghee
🔹Garlic paste
🔹Chicken
🔹Onions
🔹Salt
🔹Green chillies
🔹Tomatoes
🔹Turmeric
🔹Coriander powder
🔹Roasted cumin powder
🔹Red chilli powder
🔹Water
🔹Curd
🔹Roasted fenugreek leaves
🔹Garam masala

Instructions:-

1. Heat desi ghee in a pan
2. Add garlic paste and sauté until fragrant
3. Add chicken and cook until it changes color
4. Add onions, salt, and green chillies, and cook until onions are translucent
5. Add tomatoes and cook until they soften
6. Add turmeric, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, and red chilli powder, and mix well
7. Add water and bring to a boil
8. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes
9. Add curd and mix well
10. Add roasted fenugreek leaves and garam masala, and mix again
11. Add butter and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame
12. Plate the dish and serve.
