How To Make Delicious Chocolate Desert Rose Cookies

This delicious Dessert, Chocolate Desert Rose Cookies not only looks great but it is crunchy on the outside, soft in the inside and tastes amazingly good.

Chocolate Desert Rose
Ingredients:
1-2/3 cups Flour
2-1/2 tbsp Cocoa Powder (plus for dusting)
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Butter, softened
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
65 gr Raisins
120 gr Corn Flakes

Soak Raisins in hot Water for 10 Minutes, remove and dry.
Sift together Flour, Cocoa, Baking Powder, Salt & Cinnamon, whisk well and set aside.
Cream together Butter, Brown Sugar & Sugar.
Add Egg, scrape down sides of bowl.
Incorporate Flour Mixture in batches.
Fold in Raisins.
Cover with Plastic Wrap and refrigerate for 30 Minutes.
Line Cookie Sheet with Parchment Paper.
Preheat Oven 350° F
Cover a small spoon full of Dough with Corn Flakes, press lightly.
Place equally spaced apart on Cookie Sheet.
Bake 20 Minutes.
Rest Cookies for 2 Minutes on Sheet, cool completely on Wire Rack.
Repeat with the Rest of Dough.
Dust cooled Chocolate Desert Rose Cookies with Cocoa Powder before serving.
