If you think you are a procrastinator or that you’re lazy—this video is for you. What if you are not lazy, but you’ve actually just misdiagnosed yourself? People are not naturally lazy.

Why people think they are lazy or are a procrastinator:

1. They don’t see results
Anyone who doesn’t see results is going to give up. But “no results” is really a symptom of another problem. The real problem is a metabolism problem. The metabolism problem could be coming from a hormone problem.

2. Cravings
It’s impossible to do a long-term healthy eating plan when you’re craving. When you’re craving, it means you’re not burning fat, you’re burning carbs and sugar. When you burn fat, you don’t have cravings. You are not lazy. You just crave the wrong things because your blood sugars are messed up. This all actually has to do with low potassium.

3. Not motivated
You are not lazy. You’re just too exhausted to exercise. Most people are not healthy enough to exercise. You need to get more sleep.

4. Stress Eater
Different chemicals in foods relieve stress. Stress eaters usual have adrenal burnout, which keeps their tolerance to stress low. This makes them constantly look for something that’s going to relieve stress. Focus on fatty foods instead of carbs like cheese, butter, and bacon.
