In this video, I want to talk about the dangerous state of too much calcium. If you have too much calcium, you may have symptoms such as:
• Bone pain
• Insomnia
• Soft tissue calcification
• Constipation
• Increases urination
• Cramps
• Asthma
• High blood pressure
• Arrhythmias
• Anxiety

You don’t want to address these symptoms individually. Instead, you should address the problem: too much calcium.

What causes too much calcium?
1. Being deficient in fat-soluble vitamins (vitamin D3, vitamin K2, and vitamin F). This helps deliver calcium to the right places in the body and prevent buildup in the wrong places.
2. Lack of bile - bile helps you break down fat-soluble vitamins. Low stomach pH can affect your bile.
3. A lack of magnesium. Magnesium is the opposing mineral to calcium. It helps drive calcium down.
4. Alkalinity. You need a highly acidic stomach to absorb and transport calcium properly. I recommend apple cider vinegar for this.
