EASY PAIN AU CHOCOLAT & BISCOFF

INGREDIENTS:
Puff Pastry ready
Rolled Dark Chocolate
tbsp Icing sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp Biscoff Spread

METHOD:
STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, Cut the dark chocolate into strips, Break the egg in a bowl and stir

STEP 2: Unroll the pastry and cut out 3 strips (not long thin strips, cut short wide strips) creating 9 triangles. Place a piece of chocolate or biscoff on one side of the Pastry and roll to the middle and take the other side of the pastry and roll to the middle until they meet

STEP 3: Using a cooking brush, Dip the brush into the egg mixture and apply lightly onto the pastry sprinkle with a little icing sugar

STEP 4: Bake for 12-15 minutes till golden Leave to cool for 20 minutes and ENJOY

STEP 5: ENJOY!
