In this video, we’re going to talk about the hidden cause of neck pain and how to get neck pain relief. Yes, you could have neck pain from an injury. But, what if you have neck pain without having had a neck injury? That’s the question I really want to dive into.

There is a nerve that comes from your neck down through the liver right around the right side on your diaphragm connecting to delicate soft tissues right under the right rib cage. This is where your gallbladder is. 

A lot of referral pain problems in the neck, right shoulder, and even the head are coming from the gallbladder. It may not be a diseased gallbladder, but it may be a congested gallbladder from eating the wrong foods. Pressure can build up and put pressure on the phrenic nerve, which can cause referred pain. 

This issue may stem from eating fatty foods—especially nuts. But, it can also happen from eating too many refined carbs or sugar. 

How to help get instant neck pain relief:

• Press on the right upper rib cage for about one minute. 

If your neck pain is coming from your gallbladder, you need to consider changing your diet. Avoid eating nuts and junk food, and add more vegetables to your diet.
