I want to talk about positive thinking to change your life and body shape. Our subconscious keeps thinking and has good thoughts and negative thoughts, which affect our decisions in life. So changing your thoughts can change your life.

A healthy body is made of a healthy mind. If you think positively and have a positive attitude, you can do wonders in your life. Keep in mind that thoughts are energy. You have to be confident and have self-discipline in order to say "No" to things and achieve a healthy lifestyle as thoughts become things later on.

Your thoughts dictate and have a huge influence on your body. If you keep telling yourself, "I can't lose weight", then you will not be able to. Use this chart to drill in new viewpoints and notice how things change.

1. If I crave, I find the reason.
2. If weight loss is slow—I create my health.
3. Eating for health keeps me out of trouble.
4. I am in total control of my eating.
5. I won't starve if I stop eating.
6. I build self-discipline through consistency.
7. I only put healthy things in my body.
8. I can lose weight as I get healthy.
9. If things don't work, I find out why.
10. If things get complex, I simplify.
11. Overwhelmed means I need to plan more.
12. When tempted, I find a substitute.
13. I am not a victim—I cause my health.
