In this video, let’s talk about hormones. There are two sets up hormones you need to know about.

There are six fat-burning hormones and three fat-making hormones. The fat-making hormones are much bigger and much more powerful.

As you age, you have fewer fat-burning hormones. However, you can help get rid of fat-causing hormones naturally. The primary hormone you want to focus on is cortisol—also known as the “stress hormone.” Cortisol is a major cause of weight gain—especially if you have a chronic stress problem.

Cortisol cancels out all fat-burning hormones. Lower your cortisol, and you’ll have a much easier time losing weight.
