In this video, let’s talk about pain and inflammation. Pain can cause your adrenals to release a lot of cortisol. Cortisol is also known as the “stress hormone.” This hormone can cause you to stop sleeping well and losing weight.

There are three types of pain:
1. Referred pain
Referred pain is very common with the gallbladder. If you have right shoulder pain, but you didn’t injure your shoulder, this is most likely the gallbladder.

The heart can cause pain through the mid-back and the left arm and shoulder.

2. Injury pain
This is pain that occurs after an injury or procedure. You want to do acupressure on the opposite side for this type of pain.

3. Systemic pain
Systemic pain is when you have pain all over. This has to do with losing cortisol. Cortisol is an anti-inflammatory. Without it, inflammation spreads throughout the body and leads to pain. This is an adrenal issue.

Inflammation can cause joint, gut, and arthritis pain as well as congestion.

Headaches can be caused by:
• Gallbladder
• Neck
• Sinuses
• Menstrual cycle/estrogen
• Old head injuries
