Dr. Berg talks about many things related to true facts associated with energy. The number one mistake people make is to stimulate energy. Instead, we should find out the actual reason which causes fatigue and work on them. Our body needs only a small amount of blood sugar but on average, a person eats much more than the body can tolerate. Insulin controls the excess amount of sugar in the body (majorly converting into fat). Some hidden sources of sugar include yogurt, alcohol, and juices which contain massive amounts of sugar and constitute low-energy foods. As a result in such cases, conservation of energy becomes hard and a person feels tired easily. Even the energy drink available (which is shown as an energy resource) in the market has lots of sugar and should be avoided. He discusses the actual energy-boosting foods and some energy-saving tips.
