In this video, we’re going to talk about some major problems associated with adrenal fatigue and what you can do for adrenal fatigue recovery.

The adrenal glands help the body adapt to stress. The problem is, stress begins to accumulate in the body from the time you’re born. It is essential to extract stress from your body to prevent health problems.

The adrenal glands have an outside and an inside. The outside is all gland tissue, and the inside is all nerve tissue. The nerve tissue part of the adrenal is involved in the fight-or-flight mode.

The pituitary gland controls the adrenals on a back-and-forth feedback circuit.

There are two important acupressure techniques that you can learn for adrenal fatigue. One of which you will need some help with. We’ll talk about these in the next video.

Before we get into that, there are some nutrients you need to know about that are fantastic to use as adrenal fatigue remedies. These are:

Vitamin B1 - The more stress you have, the more you deplete vitamin B1. Nutritional yeast is a great natural source of B vitamins. You can also try my adrenal day formula.

Potassium - Potassium calms the body. Low potassium is a common problem that contributes to adrenal fatigue. However, blood tests do not accurately show your potassium levels. Most potassium resides inside the cell—not outside. In turn, only a minuscule amount of potassium can be seen on tests.

Fresh vegetables—especially avocados—are the best sources of potassium. You can also use an electrolyte powder to boost your potassium.

Light exercise—especially walking—is fantastic for remedying adrenal fatigue.
