Meat has always provided essential nutrients for humans...
-Inuit have existed for centuries in arctic circle
-during ice ages--man survived without plants
"If meat did not contain all necessary nutrients for humans,

-we exist, Inuit exist
and Masai [who eat
only meat, blood,
dairy] exist

Many ancient peoples and those today who still follow their
traditional lifestyles & diets...are strong, no chronic disease...
-documented [see Dr Weston Price and others' work] to
be mostly meat-based
-plants for medicines and in times of famine
-explorers for many
centuries documented
these peoples did
not get 'Western
diseases' until joined
western diets and
culture
