In this video, we’re going to talk about the problems with eating kale.
There are a lot of really amazing benefits of kale, such as:
• It has potential anti-cancer effects
• It has potential anti-estrogenic effects
• It can help clean up the liver
• It’s loaded with nutrients
But, there can also be a few problems with eating kale for some people.
1. It can deplete iodine (sea kelp may help counter this issue)
2. It can have too much fiber (try other vegetables) *if you’re bloated because of too much fiber, it can be difficult to lose weight.
