चंद्रमा में पृथ्वी की तरह सूर्य के प्रकाश को अवशोषित करने के लिए वातावरण नहीं है, और इसलिए सतह बहुत गर्म हो जाती है। चंद्रमा पर वायुमंडल की कमी के कारण चंद्रमा की रातों के दौरान गर्मी बाहर निकल जाती है जिससे सतह पर काफी ठंड हो जाती है!
The Moon doesn't have an atmosphere to absorb sunlight like the Earth does, and so the surface gets very hot. The Moon's lack of atmosphere also lets heat escape during lunar nights so that it gets rather chilly on the surface!
