In this video, we’re going to talk about postponing premature death and potentially increasing longevity. This is part 3 in an important 3 part series. In part 1 we talked about the dangers of too much insulin. In part 2 we talked about the dangers of too much estrogen. Now we’re going to cover cortisol.

Cortisol is a stress hormone. If it’s too high, it can create a lot of problems, including:

• Diabetes
• Dementia
• High cholesterol
• High blood pressure
• Osteoporosis
• Autoimmune diseases

How to help lower cortisol:

1. Get more sleep
2. Take long walks
3. Avoid stressful relationships
4. Get plenty of B-vitamins (nutritional yeast)
