Today we’re going to talk about an interesting hidden cause of stress and anxiety. Watching too much of the news, especially before bed, could be a hidden cause of stress.
Whether it’s on TV, YouTube, or in the newspaper, the news tends to fixate your attention on fear. It’s constantly shocking the body and triggering adrenal stress.
You may want to try my experiment. For one week, just avoid watching the news. Instead, try going to a park and see how you feel.
