In this video, we’re going to talk about viruses and trace minerals. Can trace minerals inactivate viruses?

Trace minerals are minerals that are not needed in large amounts. Minerals like calcium, potassium, and manganese are minerals you need in large amounts. You only need trace minerals like selenium, zinc, and copper are only needed in very small amounts.

Trace minerals have many different uses in the body. They primarily contribute to the formation of proteins and enzymes in the body.

The thyroid also needs selenium to convert T4 to T3.

Trace minerals can deactivate viruses and put them back into remission. They stop the reproduction of viruses.

Viruses that cause congestion and a sore throat—such as rhinoviruses—can often be fought off with zinc.

Copper is important for collagen formation. Those with low copper can develop curved spines—particularly where your natural lower spine curvature is exaggerated.

Stomach acid is important for breaking down and absorbing trace minerals. If your stomach isn’t acidic enough, you can have difficulty absorbing trace minerals. Gas, indigestion, bloating, and heartburn are common signs of low stomach acidity.

Having a gastric bypass procedure can also inhibit your trace minerals absorption.

Many places around the world grow their produce in soils that are depleted of trace minerals—this is a major cause of trace mineral deficiencies.
