In this video, I want to talk about chronic post-nasal drip and a few potential post-nasal drip remedies. There are two types of chronic post-nasal drip:

1. All year round
In this situation, there is a very stubborn fungus or mold growing in your sinuses that’s creating the mucous. You would also want to make sure you don’t feed the fungus or mold sugar or milk.

All year-round post-nasal drip remedies:
• Garlic
• Oregano oil (drops, pearls, or use a neti pot)

2. Seasonal
This is a situation where you have high levels of histamines.

Seasonal post-nasal drip remedies:
• Calcium ascorbate with bioflavonoids (mix with water)
