Today we’re going to talk about intermittent fasting and the gallbladder. I believe intermittent fasting is absolutely therapeutic for the gallbladder.
Gallstones can come from low bile or high insulin. Intermittent fasting helps you concentrate bile. The more you eat, the more you can deplete your bile. Frequent eating can also raise your insulin.
With intermittent fasting, you won’t deplete your bile reserve. You will actually allow it to recover and be more concentrated, and you will never be deficient.
If you do the healthy ketogenic diet along with intermittent fasting, this can also trigger more bile release. You would have enough bile to help support a healthy gallbladder.
