Grill Chicken, Roasted Chicken

Chicken with skin ( You can use chicken without skin )
- Cumin powder - 2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 3 tbsp ( If you like less spicy then add 2 tbsp )
- Chicken Masala ( Chicken spice power ) - 2 tsp ( Substitute : Garam Masala / Any Spice powder )
- Black Pepper - 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp ( Substitute : Vinegar 2 tsp )
- Giner garlic paste - 2 tbsp ( Recommended : Homemade fresh paste to get better taste )
- Chaat Masala ( Spice powder ) 1 tsp - Optional
- Mustard oil - 3 tbsp ( For restaurant style taste ) - ( Substitute : Any cooking oil )
- Salt as per taste

- Make cuts on the chicken
- Coat the chicken using marination
- Marinate for 8 hours / over night

- Make sure chicken to be in room temperature before you grill
- Preheat Microwave / convection bake / oven at 200 c
- Click on Grill option
- Grill for 45 minutes ( Depends on your microwave / Oven )
- Serve with Chaat masala / Onion Salad / Any veg salad
