Can Drinking More Water Help You To Lose Weight? – Dr. Berg
Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz
Dr. Berg talks about if drinking more water can cause weight loss. Water is zero calories, and one might think it will help with weight loss. Not everyone needs to drink one gallon of water. Drink water only when you are thirsty.
When you drink water when you are not, it can be dangerous. It can dilute electrolytes from your body, which might cause weak muscles, headaches, brain swelling, and an increase in death. If you do drink water when you are not thirsty, add electrolytes to it. Do not drink sports drinks, they contain artificial flavors, little to no sodium, and other chemicals.
