Dr. Berg talks about if you should skip breakfast. What does breakfast mean? It is when you break your fast. So you slept through the night, and your body is "fasting" and in a burning fat mode.

Many people are not really hungry in the morning so they skip breakfast. This might be due to their body using the fat that is stored in their body. So if you are not hungry, do not eat breakfast.

As soon as you eat breakfast, you increase your insulin and break your fast. But if you are hungry and you feel light-headed, go ahead and grab a meal.
