In this video, Dr.Berg talks about PABA (Para-Amino Benzoic Acid). Most people know PABA as vitamin B, but it is a pre-B vitamin, in other words, it takes PABA to take folic acid. The microbes in your gut make it. If you have taken antibiotics in the past, then you might have destroyed certain microbes.

You can get PABA from eating organic meats, dairy, eggs, vegetables, and mushrooms. PABA is good for your skin tone, protects your skin against ultraviolet radiation from the sun, and is good for vitiligo, which is the loss of pigment in your skin.
