In this video, we’re going to talk about keto-adaptation symptoms and solutions. When you start the ketogenic diet, you may have a few symptoms, but I’m going to show you what you can do. 

Muscle cramps — Increase potassium 
Palpitations — Increase potassium 
Weakness — Increase sodium
Bad breath — Decrease protein and add apple cider vinegar
Dizziness — Increase sodium (sea salt and water) 
Fatigue — Increase B1 and B5 (nutritional yeast) 
Feeling cold — Increase iodine (sea kelp) 
Not satisfied — Increase fat 
Right shoulder pain — Decrease fat or nuts 
Constipation — Avoid too much cheese or meat and increase vegetables or fermented vegetables if the vegetables are causing the constipation 
Low back/abdominal pain — Increase potassium (potassium citrate with a lot of water) and have lemon juice (about 3-4 oz.) in water 
Vivid dreams — Increase B1 (nutritional yeast or sunflower seeds) 
Bloating — Decrease fat and increase apple cider vinegar or bile salts 
Rash — Increase B vitamins (nutritional yeast) or increase vegetables 
Headaches — Slow down and go more gradually into intermittent fasting
