In this video, we’re going to take a look at why eating causes hunger. Some people who are just starting keto and intermittent fasting find that they are not really hungry in the morning but end up eating anyway. An hour later, they find themselves very hungry, but why?

Eating stimulates insulin which lowers your blood sugar, causing you to feel hungry. Snacking at night can cause this same problem, causing you to feel hungry immediately upon waking up.

Eating triggers insulin, insulin lowers blood sugar, and then low blood sugar leads to cravings or hunger. To solve this problem, you’ll need to maintain intermittent fasting consistently over a period of time. This will allow you to tap into your fat reserve and go a lot longer without eating.
