In this video, we’re going to take a look at the nutritional deficiencies that cause feelings of doom and gloom for seemingly no reason.

A vitamin B1 deficiency is typically the culprit of gloomy feelings that seem to come from nowhere. Nutritional yeast is one of the best sources of vitamin B1 and also contains the entire vitamin B complex.

This impending doom feeling can also be caused by a deficiency in B2 or B3, so taking the entire B complex can be beneficial. B vitamins are great at uplifting your overall mood.

Feelings of doom and gloom can be caused by a deficiency in vitamin D3 as well. The best way to get vitamin D is from sunlight! Lack of vitamin D can often leave you feeling sad for no reason, especially in the winter months when you might not be getting out in the sun as much.

The combination of B vitamins and vitamin D3 should help to alleviate these gloomy feelings.
