In this video, we’re going to talk about the connection between mouth bacteria and osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis is characterized by inflammation in the joints, thinner joints, spurring, and lack of mobility.

In the past, it was thought that osteoarthritis was caused by wear and tear on the body. There have been recent findings connecting dental pathogens and osteoarthritis. Dental pathogens that are normally found in the mouth have been found growing in deteriorating joints.

If you have a history of dental decay or other dental problems, this could be the cause of your osteoarthritis.

Oregano, pine bark extract, and grape seed extract all target your microbial biofilm, helping to remove dental pathogens from the body. Glucosamine can also be helpful because it supports the health of your joints.

Around 75% of patients with osteoarthritis also have insulin resistance. Healthy Keto and intermittent fasting help reduce inflammation and also remove sugar from the diet that feeds your mouth bacteria.
