In this video, I demonstrate an acupressure technique on a young man named Logan, who had suffered head injuries as well as brain cancer. The cancerous tumor was successfully removed. Although Logan had recovered, he wasn’t getting high quality sleep. My acupressure technique helped him. Best of all, you can do this acupressure yourself to help others who’ve had head injuries or head surgeries.

Several years prior to Logan developing cancer, he’d suffered a head injury while playing basketball. The site of his brain tumor was the same place he’d received the injury. I find this is often the case; tumors develop in the body where injuries have occurred. As well, when he was a toddler, Logan broke the first vertebrae in his neck.

You want to start by doing acupressure on the opposite side of the injury. You’ll know when you’ve got the right spot, because it will be very tender. Then, I show how to progress this technique. You don’t want to press on the side where the injury was, although I show you how to press down toward the injured site. Your body retains the memory of the injury or surgery, but this treatment will relax you.

Because Logan broke his neck, I also gently lifted up the back of his skull to stretch it and undo the effect from that compression injury. During the treatment, Logan reported that he felt lighter. I remove the energy that gets stored in the body after injuries or trauma.

Now you can use acupressure to help treat people you care about who’ve suffered head trauma.
