In this video, Dr. Berg talks about vegetables and bloating on ketogenic diet. When you have digestive issues while on ketogenic diet, there are certain vegetables you need to avoid.

FODMAP, or Fermentable Oligo-di-mono-Saccharides and Polyols, is a certain type of vegetable and a sugar alcohol that doesn’t digest very well. He also talks about what vegetables are good to consume until the digestive system could build up and develop all the friendly bacteria.
