How to get rid of clogged ears and open your eustachian tubes
Eustachian blockages are the main cause of a clogged ear.
This is the tube that connects to the middle ear and to the throat.
Fluid and mucus flows from the ear to the back of the throat through this tube, where it’s swallowed.
But instead of flowing down the throat, fluid and mucus can sometimes become trapped in the middle ear and clog the ear.
This blockage usually cause an infection, such as the cold or sinusitis, runny nose, sneezing or even sore throat.
It is important to unblock the trapped fluid in the tube in order to avoid any bacteria gets into the middle ear causing an infection.
Signs of an ear infection include:
ear pain
redness
fever
hearing problems
Instruction:
Open your mouth to move your jaw in a down and up motion. mouth. Repeat this for ten times. This is what we do to relax the muscles in the jaw and nose.
Move your jaw to the left and then to the right. Repeat for ten times.
This will reduce the pressure in the jaw and the ear.
Place your left thumb on your nose and close it with your thumb and finger. This will stop any air coming out when you breathe out. By closing the holes it will make the air get back into the Eustachian tube. Having an unclogging ear effect. Take a deep breath before you breathe out.
Breathe out five times. Repeat this with your right hand.
You need to breathe out twenty times.
This video will show you step by step guide to unclog your ear.
Do this program two times a day. Morning and evening for two weeks.
You will start to feel that your issue will be reduced by twenty five percent after two weeks.
If you make it past the two weeks point. You can carry on for another two weeks and it should reduce another twenty five percent.
If you feel that it had been reduced by fifty percent, you are half way there.
Carry on doing the program until you completely get rid of the issue.
If you want to eliminate the problem, honestly It will take another three more months. If the issues are still not completely gone. Carry on for another three months.
Once you feel it’s completely gone then carry on with the program two times a week for the next six months. After six months you should do it once a week just to maintain it.
