In this video, Dr. Berg talks about squash. The word squash is a Native American word that means “Eaten Raw or Uncooked”. 100 grams of squash is about 3 grams of carbs, 2 grams of sugar, 1 gram of fiber, and 1 grams of protein. It has a low glycemic load which means it has a good amount of fiber to buffer the carbohydrate. Squash is very keto-friendly.
