UK designer recycles plastic into vanilla ice cream

London designer and artist, Eleonora Ortolani, has created what she says is the world’s first ice cream made from plastic waste. She hopes her creation will kickstart a debate about the future of food and the plastic pollution crisis. Gabe Singer reports.
