You need:
260 g raw activated almonds
50 g ground flax seeds
140 g sauerkraut
1 teaspoon of white miso
10 g of pshylium husk
1 date
2 tablespoon coconut flour
125 ml water
sprinkle black seeds or sesame seeds on top.

Blend all ingridiens together except cilium husk and coconut flour-this add at the end.once done cover it up with a kitchen towel and keep on side in warm place for about 5 hours.
form the dough and dehydrate 12 hours at 110 F .
the Bread is crispy on outside and moist on the inside, if you prefer more dry and crumbly slice it up and dehydrate for 2 more hours.
