5 Tips for Staying Safe Buying Blanks Online

I'm tired of seeing my community getting scammed by idiot scammers on Facebook, so I'm dropping some of my IT knowledge to help out!

1. Be careful when buying from Facebook.
Facebook is full of scammers and there’s practically nothing you can do outside of dispute the charges. If they aren’t serious enough to set up a website, it’s a no from me.

2. Learn how to check it out before you buy.
Whois.sc is a service that allows you to dive into who owns a domain. You can see the age and information about the domain. Beware of any new domains selling things at incredible prices
Using Reverse Image Search such as Google Image or TinEye

3. Use a safer paying method
Don’t use CashApp or Venmo
Use Credit Card, wherever possible
If you must pay PayPal, ALWAYS pay normal and never, ever pay as family and friends. Paying as family and friends basically removes any right you have! Don't do it!
