What is a silent stroke?
A silent stroke is a mild stroke that has no symptoms but causes damage.

Risk Factors of a Stroke:

All of these risk factors are actually symptoms of high insulin.

Ways to Prevent Clotting and Stroke:

2. Garlic
3. Exercise
4. Exogenous Ketones (Ketones Salt)
5. Vitamin E
