Sweaty palms are a symptom of what’s called sympathetic dominance.

I explain what the differences are between sweaty palms and dry palms, and their causes.
If you have sweaty palms it’s a condition known as palmar hyperhidrosis. It’s a sympathetic dominance situation. Let me explain.
There are two parts of your autonomic nervous system: the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system. The sympathetic is the fight or flight part and is involved in controlling certain glands including your sweat glands.
So, what can you do about sweaty palms? Realize that this is a case of overactive adrenals. Anything you can do to help your adrenal glands is a good thing.
There’s another condition called POTS, and a symptom is when you get up too quickly and feel dizzy. This is also a situation of sympathetic dominance. A person who startles easily, or who can’t tolerate stress, likely has sympathetic dominance. A key vitamin that supports your sympathetic nervous system is B1 (thiamine).
Another treatment that seems to work well is called iontophoresis. I’m not recommending a certain machine so please do your own research.
Now, as far as dry palms go, this has to do with a vitamin A deficiency. (Which will also cause dry eyes.) Instead of putting lotion on your hands, increase your intake of vitamin A. Cod liver oil, fatty fish, and beef liver are excellent sources.
Avoid foods that counter the vitamin A you’re consuming, such as sugar or refined foods that are messing with your liver or gallbladder. You won’t be able to absorb vitamin A very well. Or if you have a digestive problem like IBS, or any kind of inflammation in your gut could prevent vitamin A absorption.
Most lotions have alcohol or other solvents in them. Stop using them for a while to let your skin heal without the lotions drying out your skin. Try using vitamin E oil on your hands to help heal them.
Many people have this idea that they must be dehydrated if their skin is dry, but it’s usually low fats in the diet or they’re not absorbing the fats they do consume.
See how simple it is to fix your sweaty palms, or even dry palms too?
