In a 24 hour stretch, Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire and defeated the Artsakh forces. The future is unknown for the many Armenian civilians who remain trapped in the Nagorno-Karabakh region but given the past history of Azerbaijani forces, this could get ugly quick.
