In this video, we’re going to cover what you need to know about vitamin K2 and the top vitamin K2 foods.

Vitamin K1 is all about stopping bleeding.

Vitamin K2 is all about making sure calcium doesn’t build up in the soft tissues like the coronary arteries and joints. One of the benefits of vitamin K2 is that it takes calcium and pushes it into the bones, making them stronger.

How much vitamin K2 should you take?

For a maintenance dose — 100 mcg
For a therapeutic dose — Up to 400 mcg

I recommend taking D3 with K2.

D3 dosage — 10,000 IU - 40,000 IU

Foods high in vitamin K2:

• Natto
• Goose Liver
• Duck Liver
• Chicken Liver
• Beef Liver (pate)
• Egg Yolk
• Grass-Fed Beef
• Emu Oil
• Hard/Soft Cheese
• Pepperoni
• Salami
• Pork Sausage
• Grass-Fed Dairy
• Sauerkraut
