In this short video, we're going to talk about herpes simplex type 1. I want to share with you a few natural remedies for the herpes virus. 

What is Herpes?

Herpes is a virus. You can’t kill a virus because it’s not alive, but you can put it back in remission.

Types of Herpes:

• Type 1 herpes involves the mouth or lips. 
• Type 2 herpes involves the genitals.

The remedies for herpes type 1 that I’m going to share with you have powerful antiviral effects. They each contain polyphenols that are plant-based chemicals that help suppress viruses. 

Natural remedies for herpes (type 1):

1. Green tea
2. Black tea
3. Persimmon extract

How to use these home remedies for type 1 herpes:

• Put it in hot water to activate it
• Take it out and cool it off a little bit
• Apply it directly to the sore on the mouth
• Hold it there for at least 20-30 minutes
